I have the TX nr515 unit and I am trying to update to the latest firmware. I don't remember the current firmware revision, but I bought the unit in January of 2013 and updated it with whatever the latest version was available that month.
The exact problem that I am having is that the unit will not recognize either Network or USB inputs. The home screen only shows me the red toolbox icon with the other icons dimmed.
Of course, the reason for me suddenly needing to update the firmware on the unit is that the HDMI inputs have now utterly failed, after several years of behaving badly.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
